1. Working principle
The circuit is closed so that the current is equal throughout the closed circuit. But the resistance is different everywhere, especially where the resistance is not fixed at the contact point. This resistance is called contact resistance in physics. According to the law of thermal effect of electric current (also called Joule's law), it can be known that the electric current is equal, the greater the resistance is, the higher the heat is. The resistance of the stigma is greater during welding, so the electric heat generated in this part will naturally be a lot. 2. How to use
1. Welded Wire Mesh Machine can be welded only after the water is passed through. The movable parts of the welding machine should be kept lubricated frequently, and the welding parts should be cleaned up before welding, so as not to damage the electrode or affect the service life of the welding electrode.
2. When working at a temperature below zero degrees Celsius, compressed air should be used to blow off the remaining cooling water in the cooling pipeline after the welding is completed to prevent the water pipe and the welding transformer from cracking and freezing.
3. The Welded Wire Mesh Machine should be inspected and maintained after the power is off. The operator should wear canvas gloves and work around the body to avoid burns.
4. The Welded Wire Mesh Machine should not be damp to prevent leakage. Before using the welding machine that has not been used for a long time, check whether the insulation resistance is qualified or not. Use a 500V megger to test the insulation resistance between the welding machine's power supply line and the shell and the insulation resistance is not less than 2.5 megohms before being energized.
5. There should be no corrosive gases, chemical deposits, corrosive, explosive, and flammable media that seriously affect the insulation performance of the welder.
6. Work in strict accordance with the rated load continuity rate during work, and overload use is not allowed.
7. The water diversion filter of the air source treatment device must be drained frequently, and the water level cannot exceed the warning line, otherwise the compressed air containing water will enter the oil mist device and the solenoid valve cylinder, causing the solenoid valve cylinder to wear faster and even fail to work normally.
